Terms & Conditions
Welcome to A2P Approved. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Use of Service
A2P Approved provides compliance and registration services for A2P 10DLC messaging. By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and telecom carrier guidelines regarding SMS messaging.
- Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
2. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send and for ensuring that you have obtained the necessary consent (opt-ins) from your recipients as required by law (e.g., TCPA). A2P Approved is not liable for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from your failure to comply with messaging regulations.
3. Registration Approvals
While we boast a high approval rate and employ best practices for A2P 10DLC registration, the final approval is granted by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and the telecom carriers. We do not guarantee approval, as it is subject to carrier discretion and your specific business practices.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of A2P Approved and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall A2P Approved, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms.
