• Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to initiate your registration process within 7 business days of receiving all required information from you.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of our services and the fees we pay to third-party registries, refunds are not provided in the following situations:

• Carrier Rejection: If your registration is rejected by The Campaign Registry (TCR) or carriers due to your business type being on their prohibited list (e.g., SHAFT categories) or due to non-compliant messaging practices.
• Incomplete Information: If the registration is delayed or fails because you did not provide accurate or complete information required for the submission.
• Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the service after we have already begun the registration process or submitted your application.
• Account Suspension: If your messaging capabilities are suspended by carriers after approval due to violations of their acceptable use policies.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Disputed Charges

If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact our support team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
